I’m Kelly Gunn, the founder of Siren Construction Consultants, Before stepping into the world of construction, I spent over a decade in finance—managing budgets, analyzing investments, and helping clients make smart decisions with their money.

I have been directly involved with my family’s marine construction company for over ten years, having been established in 2004. Drawing on over ten years of experience as a financial consultant, I understand firsthand the importance of proper funding and execution of those funds to ensure a smooth project from the start to completion. With over twenty-five years as an administrative professional my organizational skills as well as the ability to cultivate solutions is my area of expertise.

My back round and experience in finance shaped how I approach construction today. I don’t just see projects as builds—I see them as investments. Every material chosen, every subcontractor hired, and every deadline met directly impacts your time, your money, and your property’s value. I bring the same strategic mindset from my finance career to every job site, ensuring our clients get the best possible results—on time, on budget, and built to last.
